I ship orders within 1-2 business days.

❧ DOMESTIC ORDER: I ship via Poste Italiane. It takes about 3-5 business day.

❧ INTERNATIONAL ORDER: I ship via standard international airmail. It takes about 20 business day, but sometimes it needs a little more, in the unfortunate event of a delay we can arrange yoga lessons via skype while waiting!

International customers are responsible for any additional taxes or fees imposed by the receiving country.

❧ FAST SHIPPING: I always ship items at the lowest possible fee, but I can provide, when available, additional services, like express shipping, please convo me for delivery times, fees and policies.

❧ I’ll be happy to offer FREE shipping on additional items!!

If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please be aware that I'll accept EXCHANGE (for items of equal price) within 14 days of delivery for every ITEM which's NEVER BEEN USED with its original, undamaged package.

All shipping fees are at customer charge.

❧ LOST/STOLEN ITEMS: I'm sorry but I can’t be responsible for non-delivery or stolen items.

❧ DAMAGED ITEMS: If your purchase was damaged during shipping please return your purchase with its original packaging (shipping fees are at your expense). I will send out new items once your items have been returned.

If you purchase more than one pair of earrings, they will be packed together in one presentation box. If you require your earrings to be presented individually for gifts please let me know.
