All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Weekends not included.
I will mark orders "shipped" once they are packed and ready to be mailed out. I will also send you a delivery confirmation number. (USA orders only!)

**Note Shipping charge covers handling fees, shipping, postal, and packaging costs. Delivery confirmation is also included on USA orders only.

**USPS is my preferred shipping carrier. I ship using USPS 1st class mail on orders that weigh 1-13oz. First Class mail is normally delivered within 3-7 days, Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-3 days. For packages that weigh over 13oz, I will use priority mail.

**INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Canadian and other international orders can take as little as 6 days and up to 4 weeks for delivery. Customs, duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the BUYER for any out of the USA customers.

Due to the nature of my products I do NOT accept returns. I ONLY accept returns if the product seal is still intact and has never been opened. It must be in its' original state when shipped.

I always want my customers to be happy with their purchases. Refunds and exchanges are done on a case by case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me. I try to be flexible and will try to find the best way to resolve the situation to both of parties satisfaction.

I believe in my products, and I know that natural products are best for everyone, but I feel that I MUST make this disclaimer.
