La spedizione avviene normalmente entro 2 giorni lavorativi a scelta tra Raccomandata Normale o Raccomandata 1 per l' Italia e Raccomandata Estera (tracciabile) per Stati Uniti, Europa e resto del mondo.

Tutte le creazioni vengono spedite accuratamente impacchettate per non subire danni durante il viaggio, perciò declino ogni responsabilità in caso di danni non dipendenti da me.
Il rimborso e previsto nel caso in cui la creazione che avete acquistato non rispecchia la descrizione oppure ci sono delle incongruenze evidenti e la comunicazione deve avvenire entro 3 giorni dal ricevimento del pacco.
Per il rimborso mi dovete spedire la creazione ( a carico vostro) in condizioni perfette, con l'imballaggio originale e senza evidenti segni di uso. Solo dopo aver ricevuto indietro la creazione procederò a rimborsarvi il costo della creazione senza le spese di spedizione.

All creations are shipped carefully packaged to withstand damage during the trip , therefore decline any liability in case of damage not related to me.
Reimbursement and provided for in the event that the creation that you purchased does not reflect the description or there are obvious inconsistencies and the communication must be made within 3 days after receiving the package .
For a refund I have to ship the creation ( at your expense ) in perfect condition , with original packaging and no signs of use . Only after receiving back the creation will proceed to reimburse the cost of creating without shipping charges .

I tempi per evadere gli ordini variano in base alla tipologia degli oggetti ordinati.
Per collane bracciali anelli e tutto ciò che è già pronto tutto verrà spedito tra le 24-48 ore.
Per oggetti personalizzati in fimo, decoupage,o altro non pronto: da 2 a 7 giorni lavorativi,ma il tempo va in base alle quantità ordinate. In quest'ultimo caso, verrete comunque avvisati prima sul tempo necessario alla realizzazione.
