Ciascun oggetto viene spedito in busta chiusa imbottita come Posta Raccomandata, servizio Poste Italiane. Tale metodo consente la rintracciabilità del pacco e dunque la prova legale dell'avvenuta spedizione. La spedizione avviene entro 4 giorni dalla ricezione del pagamento e viene notificata al cliente.

Each item is packed into a upholstered envelope and shipped as Registered Mail service, by Italian Post. This method allows the tracking of the package and therefore the legal proof of postage. The items are shipped within 4 days of receiving the payment and this is notified to the customer.

Ogni prodotto è imballato accuratamente in busta chiusa imbottita per evitare che giunga danneggiato all'acquirente; nel caso in cui questo accada o, peggio ancora venga perso, è comprensibile attribuire la responsabilità al cattivo servizio postale. Pertanto non sono accettati reclami di alcun tipo.
Invece, nel caso in cui il prodotto ricevuto non risulti di proprio gradimento, può venirmi rispedito con Posta Raccomandata a carico dell'acquirente entro una settimana dalla ricezione dello stesso.
Si noti che nel caso di spedizioni internazionali, l'acquirente è responsabile di ogni eventuale tassa aggiuntiva.

Each product is carefully packed in a upholstered envelope to prevent any damage during the trip, if this happens, or worse it get lost, is comprehensible to attribute the responsibility to the bad postal service. Therefore, no complaints of any kind will be accepted.
Instead, if the product received is not to your liking, you can pick it back to me by Registered Mail, within one week of receipt.
Please note that in the case of international shipping, the buyer is responsible for any additional tax.
