I ship out all orders within 24 hours (sometime less – depends on time differences) after cleared payment.

Items are shipped to the address mentioned on your Etsy Bill. If you wish your item to be shipped to another address than that, please mention it and I will act accordingly.

For finished products and custom orders I ship via priority mail using Bulgarian Official Posts services providing tracking number.
For international shipping normally it will take 8-10 business days to Europe and 15 – 20 business days overseas.

I do not refund for lost packages,but if there is any problem contact me and we will work something out together.

Please note that the customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees.These are not included in shipping or purchase price.

FOR COLORS:Please keep in mind that the colors of the images may kook slight different,because of the specifics of your computer!

If for some reason you are no happy with your purchase (a finished product or custom order) and an item does not meet your expectations please contact me within 3 days of receipt.
Refunds will be considered if the item is in the original condition and packaging. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the return shipping is your responsibility.

Each item i designed and made is unique and especially made for you ,please allow 3 to 5 days sometimes less) for preparing and packing your purchase. Due to handmade origin there will be no two products alike,although they might look similar.
